Association Forum Mourns Loretta DeLuca, A Pillar of Our Community 

Association Forum is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Loretta DeLuca, a former Association Forum Board member, the 2024 John C. Thiel Distinguished Service Award recipient, and a champion of the Forum’s community and the association community overall. 

Loretta DeLuca was a mentor and a dear friend to many. Her dedication to helping associations and professionals thrive in our tight-knit industry community was unwavering. As the Founder & CEO of DelCor Technology Solutions, Loretta made supporting associations a continuous priority, always offering advice and guidance to those in need. 

The John C. Thiel Distinguished Service Award, which Loretta received in 2024, is presented for outstanding service to the Association Forum. Loretta exemplified this through her ongoing commitment to connecting with Association Forum members and fostering a supportive environment.  

“Loretta was a beacon of light and strength in our community. She inspired and encouraged people across generations, shaping and uplifting leaders at every stage. Her passion for service and commitment to excellence set a standard for us all. While she will be deeply missed, her legacy will continue to guide and inspire us,” said Michelle Mills Clement, FASAE, CAE, RCE, Chair of Association Forum.
