Earlier this month, ASAE announced that 130 association executives recently earned their Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the CAE Commission of ASAE. They join more than 4,700 industry leaders worldwide who hold the distinction.

The Winter 2022 class of CAEs successfully completed the CAE examination administered worldwide December 1-14, 2021. They will be honored, along with the Summer class of CAEs, during the 2022 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition in Nashville, Tennessee, August 20-23. A full list of the Winter 2022 class is at the end of the release.

“We are excited to welcome this new cohort of CAEs. Earning and maintaining the CAE shows their commitment to the profession and to continuing their learning journey as association professionals. As they continue to expand their knowledge and advance in their careers, we will be proud to have them as a part of the CAE Community,” said Elizabeth Santana, MBA, CAE, ICE-CCP, Chair of the CAE Commission and Director of Conceptual Research & Design at Inteleos.

The CAE Program elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and designates those who have acquired and have demonstrated the knowledge essential to the practice of association management. The CAE Program is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

The CAE exam is administered twice each year. You can find more about requirements to sit for the exam here. Association Forum has collected answers to frequently asked questions about the exam and also hosts a popular study course. Learn more about becoming a CAE on our website.

Association Forum congratulates all the professionals who earned the CAE credential this winter. Specifically, we’d like to call out the Illinois recipients and Association Forum members.

Congratulations to Illinois’ new CAEs!
