Association Forum’s 35th Holiday Showcase® Kicks Off Today 

CHICAGO (November 29, 2023) — The 35th annual Holiday Showcase is here! Association Forum, the leading hub for Chicagoland associations, is holding its beloved winter meeting today and tomorrow at the Hilton Chicago. Chicagoland association professionals wait all year for this event, and it’s slated to be better than ever! The conference theme, Incubate, represents a bold step forward and invites attendees to explore how ideas can be tested, nurtured, challenged, and transformed.  

Big Changes Yield Big Rewards 

This year is more than a milestone anniversary for Association Forum’s signature event. This year’s Holiday Showcase has been extended to two full days, offering a record amount of education and up to 10.5 CAE hours for attendees. What’s more, the programming has been reimagined to align with Association Forum’s forward-thinking content strategy. 

Tailored Content for Everyone 

The event content has been tailored to various career levels, functional areas of association work, and the three critical themes Association Forum believes will lead our industry into the future (Intrapreneurship, Tomorrow Is Now, and New Power Leadership). We are also experimenting with new content tracks that were formerly small, standalone meetings, such as technology, DEIA, and healthcare association management. We’re intent on bringing the community together, and there is truly something for everyone this year!  

Exhibit Hall and More 

One of the meeting’s largest draws is the Exhibit Hall. This year’s hall is sold out and promises to be the place to get business done! Plus, the Exhibit Hall incorporates real-time activations for even more learning and interaction on the show floor. Attendees can swing by the Career Center for advice on furthering their career; HR professionals can visit HR Source’s HR Hotline Live booth for HR-related advice, visit the One Idea Can Change the World^® stage for a quick hit of inspiration, or drop into the Technology Pavilion to discover the latest industry tech. 

Other highlights include opening keynote Tracie Hall, brunch keynote Diana Kander, and the Forty Under 40^® luncheon, where we’ll honor the industry’s brightest young talent.
