CHICAGO, IL SEPTEMBER 20, 2022 –Bostrom has today announced a transition to a new Executive Leadership Team (ELT) that will take effect on January 1, 2023, to support the company’s growth and accelerate implementation of its strategic priorities.

John Dee, CPA, CGMA will transition from Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to be appointed Chief Executive Officer and Dede Gish-Panjada, MBA will transition from Chief Consultant to be appointed Chief Operating Officer.

Ken Monroe, MBA will remain with Bostrom as Executive Chairman and Randy Lindner, CAE will transition from President to Vice Chairman and retain the role of CEO of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) to ensure a smooth transition of his client and corporate responsibilities. Jeanne Sheehy, MBA will be joining John, Ken, and Randy on the Bostrom Board of Directors and adding the consulting and meeting departments under her role as Chief Marketing Officer.

A year ago, our senior management team finalized a new strategic plan to run parallel with the detailed succession plan required to write a new chapter in Bostrom’s 90-year history. Randy and I are fully aligned with John, and now is the right time for a new leadership team to ensure that Bostrom remains on a strong trajectory and in an excellent position in the marketplace.”

Dee joined Bostrom in 1992 and has 30 years of experience working with both 501(c) 3 and 501(c) 6 groups as well as for-profit organizations. His industry experience spans various verticals including education, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, marketing, publishing, and technology. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Dee oversees operations in both the Chicago and Washington, DC offices, including human resources and information technology. Dee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, the American Society of Association Executives, Association Forum of Chicagoland, and Past Chair of the AMC Institute Board of Directors, the national trade association and accrediting body for association management companies (AMCs).

Gish-Panjada brings 30+ years of association experience leading complex non-profit organizations at the national and international levels. As Bostrom’s Chief Consultant, she leads engagements examining association business models, conducting organizational assessments, and identifying revenue diversification opportunities. Prior to Bostrom, Gish-Panjada led the association management division of a leading certification and licensure company. Gish-Panjada is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Association Forum of Chicagoland, the Kansas City Society of Association Executives, and the AMC Institute of which she is also a Past Chair of its Board of Directors.

Dee will lead the Executive Leadership Team of Dede Gish-Panjada, MBA, Chief Operating Officer, Kate Temple, SPHR, Chief People Officer, Jeanne Sheehy, MBA, Chief Marketing Officer, and Bryan White, CAE, Chief Growth Officer.
