How did you come to the association industry?
After working for an HR Source member organization for more than five years and experiencing the association industry from the membership side, I joined HR Source as an employee about two years ago.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I love the feeling of turning someone’s day around! Members often call me at their wit’s end with a tough employee situation or compliance question, and it’s a joy to send them off with resources and a game plan to tackle the problem.

I’m still relatively new to the association community, but it’s been fantastic to meet other folks who are looking to gather people and help them connect around mutual support and growth.

My top non-professional skills include hanging a spoon from my nose and wiggling my ears (probably not at the same time). I’m also an above-average whistler.
