Tejuana (TJ) Baskerville
Assistant Director: Online Education, Radiological Society of North America (RSNA)

How many years have you worked in association management?
Fifteen years and I am a self-proclaimed “association nerd”. I started out in the for-profit industry and fell in love with the culture of association management. Just about everyone who works in the association field is passionate about their organization’s mission, their craft, and the volunteers.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I love working with volunteers. They are the lifeblood of every organization. Because each person is different, my job changes constantly. To me, everything that we do is for their benefit and growth.

If money were no object, how would you spend your time?
I would travel the world and write. I am passionate about writing and painting pictures with my words.
